Very curious on figuring out where phi tau ends up on the rankings after they completely crushed the social scene this semester and if there new pledge class lives up to the hype?

Definitely top 3 and new pledge class very cute!!! Forsure on the rise and not surprised that they can be #1 one day

Phi Tau is already pretty good. They're in the same league with Phi Sig, Delt and Phi Delt. But are they interested in competing? They mostly just party.

even before they f-ed themselves, Phi Delt was never top 3, except in their own minds and with self-rankings on greek rank. Phi Tau is probably top 3 and still on the rise. Heard they're trying to get old ZBT house. They ought to get Phi Delt's house if Phi Delt gets kicked off.

Phi Tau would do well in the ZBT house, but they're doing well now. That house is owned by LXA who will want it back. Phi Tau has great location, and they're highly ranked. No need to move.
