I'd like to know who was supposed to be taking care of this kid and didn't. Where are the other brothers and pledges? Who left him to die?

From the information I have, doesn't seem like he wa simply "left to die". He passed out drunk and choked on his own vomit. a horrible accident and definitely could have been avoided but at the end of the day this could have happened to anyone, whether they were in greek life or not.

Excuse me,but did you not read what happen to Beta at Penn State and Phi Delt at LSU? The same type of incident where NONE of their brothers were watching out for their pledge(s). It's a perfectly good question to ask and so will the prosecutor.

The Beta from PSU was beaten/assaulted after a night AT the fraternity house. He was also found at the botttom of stairs after falling down them- and they did nothing.
Circumstances can be different.

By: Same type of incident???
by: OKAY BUT.....

Both victims were pledges and isn't it a rule of brotherhood to watch out for each other especially your pledges? Aren't they the fraternity's responsibility? From reading various articles, liquor was supplied by Pi Kapp brothers that were living in the off campus house.

If people were looking out for him, they could've called 911 right away.
