OK. I don't have any inside information, but
1 If he was drinking alone and drank himself to death;
2 If this did not happen at the Pi Kappa house;
3 If this was not the aftermath of an organized pledge event,

Then I don't see how the school can disband Pi Kappa Phi. Fraternities and sororities should demand fair treatment.
