Spring Rush will happen, but I feel that the Administration probably will add a few strict guidelines that we as Greeks will have too follow.

What restrictions? The man drank himself to death. It had nothing to do with rush. Don't punish the innocent.

Penn State = not the same school, not the same president, not the same Greek circumstances, not the same atmosphere (i.e. Paterno abuse scandal).
