thoughts on theta????

Okay i need true honest thoughts on theta. i'm transferring here next fall and i know some girls in this sorority so i know i'd have a better chance of getting in. What are they like? just wanna know if i should focus on them or expand my horizons

I personally think theta is the best house in terms of looks and personality. They were the prettiest house we sernanded this year.

Expand your horizons. Unless you are from Miami, or have a SOFLA vibe, it might not be the best choice for you. Very liberal too. Two less-than-stellar Rushes, in a row, have made an impact.

Very overrated, I don't see very many around campus, kind of low key. All brunettes. I would say they are in the upper middle tier, but on the very low side of it, they are falling
