fraternities fall 2017

Pike: Tall, handsome, likely from a wealthy Atlanta family; wants to graduate and make money.
Phi Delt: Jacked, athletic, 'champion attitude', south Florida party vibe, great house, spend a lot of time on GreekRank.
Delta Tau Delta: Short, handsome, very committed to secrecy surrounding their fraternity. Not a large fraternity but very social, popular with sororities. Top 3 in rank.
Kappa Alpha: Hunt, fish, beer, fun. Large fraternity with a narrow range of members. No diversity and don't care.
Phi Sigma Kappa: Imagine Seth Rogan and James Franco hosting a party. Phi Sig lives on the edge, but the edge is pretty sweet. Large fraternity; used to have lots of TCC. You want good times? These are your guys.
Theta Chi: Diverse to the extreme but it's not bad. Good fraternity and sororities like them, but they have no unifying theme. Large fraternity, active on campus.
Phi Kappa Tau: Imagine Phi Sigma Kappa but less likely to be indicted. Party house, good guys, large fraternity, happy, Fraternity of the Year.

Sorry, didn't deliberately disrespect ATO or the others on Pensacola Street:
Alpha Tau Omega - Solid upper level fraternity. Came back from being gone and did extremely well. Got set back by some incident (don't know what). They have a good social media. They were actually better two-three years ago when they had more campus presence (i.e. athletes, campus leaders). Their location is out of the way so they have to make greater efforts to get people's attention. If they were in HG or somewhere along College they'd probably be considered top tier. Potential, but not there yet.
Chi Phi - Folks make fun of the Pizza Hut but Chi Phi is a very solid outfit. Big numbers and decent quality, and they're building a traditional house on the same lot. Celebrating 50 years on campus this fall. This is the best they've ever been and they can get even better.
Beta Theta Pi - Very intelligent guys. They'll never be accused of having too much 'toxic masculinity'. Beta is great nationally and they'll have access to resources to make them upper-middle tier. They could use some balance between GPA and HGH. Too much Big Bang Theory right now.

Delt is somewhere that is really serious about brotherhood don't go there unless you know you want to be apart of it or be with those guys for the next 4 years
