first year abroad: difficult to pledge

I am interested in the first year abroad program at FSU, but I really want to pledge a fraternity when I return. How difficult is it to get a bid as a sophomore?

Talk to Dr. Joe O'Shea who heads the program. He was a Pike here and a Rhodes Scholar. Great guy.
