panhel where's all that rush money go??
by: Amy2000 girls x average $175/registrant is $350000. Where does all that money go, Panhel? Certainly doesn't go to buses! What a ripoff. Even subtract hotels for the Rho Gams, that leaves over $250000. What do they do with it? Panhel should be accountable for that ridiculous amount of cash. T-shirts were nothing, 2 meals at dining hall were nothing.

You absolutely do not get a refund.
Pretty much tell you that you should feel honored for being able to get them $185.
In fact they typically just say thank you for your $185, now get the F otta here!
