Your rec don't mean s h it. Do you have a friend in the sorority that looks like you? Are you great looking? Are you overweight, at all (you are out)?
Recs and legacies are very very limited.
You must qualify and match their visual criteria.
Good Luck with these "Top Tiers."
Do you want genuine sisterhood? Try Mid/Low tiers or Clubs on campus that are free and will accept you regardless.

As much as you want to believe that top tiers don't have great sisterhoods you are wrong. Top tiers are top because they recruit top members. No organization would survive for very long if they didn't
