They won't drop you for sure but it can happen. The biggest mistake I see girls make is releasing themselves from recruitment when they only have 1 chapter on their schedule. Just keep going and see where it takes you, if not you'll end up the rest of your 4 years wondering what would have happened. If you don't like it later on, you can drop

yeah i went to the party but was pretty emotional and i hope i didnt ruin it from that but i tried

It happens. Everyone is pretty emotional this week, and the women that speak with you know this. The most important thing is that you are the best version of yourself that you can be. I'm happy you went to the chapter you have! And I wish you the best for the rest of the week :) keep your head up, recruitment is NOT a reflection of who you are, and although I am in greek life, it is not always for everyone and that's okay
