conversation topics for recruitment

basically round 1/2 casual talk with mentions of being able to hand academic involvement and if you're able to pay for a sorority, intro rounds. Round 3 how do you see yourself contributing the sorority/ philanthropy/ bettering it. Round 4 what are your values, what matters to you, what do you look for in sisterhood. A convo should be natural.
