fsu rush

For fraternities will I be at a disadvantage since I'm out of state with no connections to fsu? Also I didn't do summer c so will this limit my choices? Do they fill up during summer?

You're at no disadvantage. Formal rush doesn't start until early September. Some fraternities start signing guys in the summer but most do not. There fraternity chapters are big; there's plenty of room for you.
