Honestly we don't really look at anyone differently if they have a letter or not (maybe the recruitment chair does but everyone else no). Letters aren't such a big deal here like they are at other schools.

You don't need them at all. I know many many girls who didn't have any rec letters and preffed all top tier or mostly top tier (if that's your concern). Rec letters don't decide what sorority you're in the slightest bit. You go where you fit.
