So, you want to join a fraternity? Good for you! And you say they can't be too big, or rude, or party too much. But they have to have a nice house and have access to the top sororities.
Well let's see who we can eliminate:
Pike - too big.
Phi Delt - rude.
Phi Tau - party too hard.
Theta Chi - nice house down the road by not right now.
Delt - no reason; I just don't like them.
Phi Sig - no longer the darlings of sorority row.
So that just leaves the Epsilon Sigma Chapter of Kappa Sigma.
Great house, easy access to sorority houses, not too big, no memorable parties, only rude when they post on Greek Rank.
So come on down little guy. Come to Kappa Sig!
