This is wrong, move XO down, Phi Mu and AXO up...ADPI and Theta are no longer top mid.

Putting adpi and theta in lower top?
Are you a snowflake that needs a safe space?
The bell curve is the standard measure of grades /ranks

So that means that only 25% will be top 50% mid and 25% bottom
Stop trying to reinvent the curve to make yourself feel better
