why is kd top tier?

From a pnm zta just seems more on top then kd. Why is kd equal to zta lol?

I don't believe you are one, but to answer your question a 'tier' is a level with several inhabitants of the same approximate value. Zeta, KD and DG and maybe one more are considered to be 'top tier', but the difference is in personality. All the top tier sororities socialize with the same fraternities and all enjoy about the same status.
