rushing as a sophomore

by: Bob

Do all sororities take incoming sophomores? I'm thinking about rushing this fall but am unsure if I will get a bid bc I am a sophomore. One girl told me it's easier as a sophomore to get the house you want, while another told me it would be more difficult??

Being a sophomore doesn't hurt your chances of getting a bid. You still have time to get through the pledge process and get settled. Don't worry! Hope you can find your home :)

Yes I've heard the same things. Some say it's easier as a sophomore because there's less sophomores and you're not rushing like with the freshmen and it's easier to stand out amongst a smaller group of girls. But I've also heard it's incredibly hard as a sophomore so I'm really confused

FSU has an upper classman quota so sophomores and juniors are considered separately from freshmen. Every year there are sophomores and juniors that go through recruitment successfully! Do it!

Yes. Sophomores, Juniors and even Seniors are all put in the same group. There are always more Freshmen going through so don't worry about being older!
