Actually Phi Tau is pretty damn good. Give credit. Delt and Phi Delt are about the same but different types of guys. Pike is on top for now but one year can change that. ATO and Theta Chi don't get the credit they deserve. Kappa Sigma is not bad at all and they have the nicest house on that end of campus.
Pi Kappa and KA are real good too. You won't make a mistake joining any of these.

I mean I definitely wouldn't say the rest "don't matter" so don't be afraid to rush them , but can't argue those

Keep in mind it wasn't too long ago when Phi Delt wasn't anywhere near top, so always go with where you feel welcome
