Is Aopii a bottom tier house and why?

yes, but that's only because they're relatively new. they have a good ass sisterhood and a fair amount of cute girls. also their house is one of the nicest houses, because it's one of the newer ones. i'm in a different sorority but honestly i would love to be in aopi if i didn't end up where i am now. don't judge by title!

they only are because they are still so new. definitely consistently improving though. i'm in a different chapter but i preffed them and really liked them, they have genuine and sweet girls. they are obviously not top tier but they are not bottom of the bottom either

Only because they are still new. They do have one of the nicest houses and a lot of great girls. Similar to sig delt/kappa/gamma phi

Only because they are new. They are probably top of the bottom and have a good amount of hot girls

They are fairly new and have some hot girls but they also tend to bid a lot of bigger girls. They also have very snobbish sisters who talk crap about each other. They also only affiliate with the bottom of the bottom tier frats which holds them back
