why does everyone hate kappa sig?

I'm rushing in the fall and I am considering Kappa sigma. I've met a couple at recess and know a few from my classes and they don't seem like cucks. Whats all the hate for?

Nothing wrong with Kappa Sig. Good fraternity. Good house.
They get razzed because they're full of themselves and constantly self-promote with not much to back it up. Again, not bad guys.
Top half, but not top tier.
