There are several sororities that have a national requirement to have a recommendation for each girl they pledge. Additionally, GPA and no rec are the two easiest cuts a chapter can make. When you are competing with several 1000 other PNMs, why make it easy for a sorority to cut you? Get recs for ALL the chapters.
