Does anyone know where the new Sig Ep house is? Another house leaving Heritage.

Sig Ep has been spewing that bull honky about building a house next to the phi Delt lot for years. Doubt it will happen in the next 4 years.

They have had a lot in Heritage for years, but what I heard is that they are moving maybe somewhere around Pensacola St., not building on the lot in Heritage.

Someone should build in Heritage on the old ATO lot or the Sig Ep lot. Beautiful ground and near Pike and Phi Delt. Lambda Chi will be back in their house someday.
