pnm pairing: each chapters best girls

I've heard that during recruitment the houses pair the PNMs with their sisters based on a number of things. For example, the coolest PNMs that they want most will get paired with the prettiest/best sisters to rush them.
Which girls will these be? Essentially I am asking which girls aren't the "prettiest" or "coolest" in their respective sorority?
If I am rushed by one of these girls does that mean they are more interested in me?

There is nothing you can do about who you are paired with. Usually PNM's are paired with someone they have something in common with so they have a good base to talk about stuff, other PNM's are paired randomly. No house is going to come on here and say anything about who is who in their chapter. It's terrible for someone to come on here and try to bait people into posting names, and if they do they aren't coming from a reliable source. Just stop.

It's the PNMs who write posts like these and go into rush with this kind of mentality that get dissapointed the most.
Go in with no preconceptions or worrying about if you're being paired with a "cooler" girl and just be yourself. The girls who are trying to hard end up getting dropped from most houses.
