new sae house
by: hahI heard that the new SAE house is so big that they wont be able to fill it or afford the rent. So they will be rented as apartments to other frats and GDIs (like Heritage) so the owner can fill it. If that's true that's pretty funny. Anybody care to comment? Maybe the SAE greekrank chair?

SAE rents the house. You think SAE can afford that? The owner is supposedly the owner of Pots who is financing it because he is an SAE alum..

Close friend of SAE exec members. The same guy who owns Pots and BrickHaus owns the SAE house but he has no Greek affiliation that I've heard of. He's just a business man making money on a property. SAE has a long term lease to rent and then buy at the end of the lease. As far as the not filling the house I haven't heard anything but can't imagine GDIs or especially another fraternity member living in somebody's frat house...

Well, no. The owner is a Sigma Pi but that's not important.
What's important is that this is the SAE house! It will be for a long time.
