Do you have to be at FSU during summer C to get a bid from pike or phi delt? I heard they fill a lot of spots during this time

No. Pike and Phi Delt are both very large so there aren't a specific number of spots. Some guys sign bids in the summer but you're not at a disadvantage if you do not.
