questions on rush 17

I'll be rushing as a Junior with a relatively low GPA, 2.7. I was wondering how much this will affect my chances on getting a bid from any of the houses? I know that for juniors their quotas is different than freshmen with requirements. I know a lot of girls in almost every house, does this help? I know a lot of girls who hold positions too, but I do know GPA is a huge factor.

To be blunt prob not a great idea. You will be competing against girls with much higher grade averages
Even though there are upper class quotas you can be certain you will get cut after round 1. Most houses are mandated to cut based on grades
