That's really not a thing. FSU is a huge mix of students from Atlanta to Miami.
What makes a difference in fraternities is that a few are culturally (but not all) north Florida and a few are culturally (but not all) south Florida.
Most fraternities are not identifiable one way or the other.
However
North Florida: KA, Pi Kapp, Sig Ep, Theta Chi.
South Florida: Delt, Phi Delt, Phi Sig.

There's alot more than just North and South Florida. Theres also SW Florida, Gold Coast, Central Fla, Tampa Bay, the Panhandle, and the Keys.
Each has its own vibe and actually very different than the other.
