I'm really surprised Phi Tau won chapter of the year. I really think they're a mid tier fraternity

No, Phi Tau is not the 'best' if you look at things like grades, size, sports or service, but the Greek Life office decides who is Frat of the Year and it was Phi Tau's turn. There is not one thing wrong with Phi Tau and they deserve it as much as anyone else.

Phi Tau spent the first month of the Spring 2016 semester on IDA, so you are incorrect to say there is nothing wrong with them.

Is there anyone in Greek Life who can explain why Phi Tau got five awards? Maybe it was a mistake like the Oscars and the winner was really Phi Delt.
