informal bids and summer c

Hey so I'm heading up to FSU in Summer C and I know that it's possible to get acquainted then with fraternities instead of waiting till rush. I was wondering how exactly do you go to a house in Summer, do you guys have open houses, or do you have to work a little bit to meet brothers in the Summer? Thanks

Thinking about your question and I don't have a real good answer. Maybe do this: most fraternities have websites and most of those have a rush link where you can send in a name or ask questions. Maybe send a message asking if they have any recruitment functions planned and that you'd like to met some of the members. I don't think that's inappropriate at all.

Every house will have open pregames, bring a couple of girls with you and your friends and you will be fine.
