No other house holds that many. Pike and Phi Delt hold 60.
SAE won't have the sq footage but they hold more members.

That's honestly impressive I'm an SAE legacy but not a brother here. Goes to show how supportive of alumni/connections they have id honestly rush there if I was FSU21 or in the future cause they are really going to improve in the coming years

No. The house is being built and owned by the owner of Pots. SAE rents the house
