Why doesn't fsu do what some sec schools do for fraternities like Bama & lsu and have a rush week to actually get to know guys?

Why do you think FSU doesn't have a rush week for fraternities?
There's Summer C, and IFC sets up two nights of Previews before rush officially starts. You don't know what you're talking about.

Would if you're an incoming freshman and don't start in the Summer but rather the fall so you don't know anyone?
