does anyone know what sae's new house is like? is it bigger and nicer than Pikes or phi delts?

One of the nicest on campus fraternity houses bar far and when it's done they will have a back house that sleeps around 60 if I'm not mistaken. More traditional fraternity-like house but no, not nicer than pike or phi delt

Deff not in par with Pike or Phi Delts house, but will prob move them up a few with the way their pc's have been

Definitely going to give them a boost if they'll take advantage. They have more floor party space than anyone else on College. And more parking.

definitely not close to Pike or Phi delt but way cleaner and bathrooms are always clean and working (bless yall). one of the better houses for sure!
