pi kapp

Im transferring to FSU in the fall and have visited, and am interested in rushing Pi Kapp. I was wondering if anyone ca give me some more information on it, like its rep, how rush works, how hard it is to get a bid, does the house have a stereotype and stuff like that?

They're good guys. Preppy, boisterous, somewhere in the middle in terms of size. They own their own house. Nobody has anything bad to say about them.
Is that enough info?
