How hard is it to get a bid at houses like Theta Chi, ATO, to PiKapp?

Those are all pretty different types of guys. Theta chi is really ball heavy though as in they give out a lot of bids but cut a lot of guys

So isn't it kind of risky to pledge someplace like Theta Chi where they do that pretty regularly? Not sure what other fraternities do a lot of blackballing.
