transfer questions

Hey, Im most likely transferring to FSU next year and had a few questions about greek life.
I was going to rush at my old school up north but figured id wait till got down to FSU and was wondering whats the reputation of chapters i liked here like Theta Chi and Pi Kappa Phi? how competitive are they?
With all other ones how competitive are the rest of the fraternities? I'm not jacked outta my mind but a laid back chill kid and was wondering like does that limit me or is that just people getting into my head saying stuff like that?
when does rush typical start? any tips for rush, and how to do everything right?
