do you really think fraternities can move up at fs

I hear a lot about at other schools fraternities often cycling depending on strength of PCs, Im not talking about moving from bottom to top in like 4 years, but just moving up or down the latter

It is very difficult for sororities to move up or down dramatically because of their recruitment restrictions.
Fraternities have no restrictions on chapter size, pledge class size, or when they can recruit.
At FSU one thing that enables some fraternities to move up is some top fraternities getting kicked off. There are always opportunities to move up.
The biggest factor holding fraternities back is when they don't want to rise. If you want to rise you have to be willing to compete.
Fraternities can fall too, a lot faster than sororities.
