What is your definition of "sucks"? They recruited a really good PC 16 from what I can see and are still loved by frats. Find another chapter to bash

DG is falling big time and zeta is slipping, especially after the amount of snap bids this fall AND spring recruitment

DG isn't falling, KD and ZTA are just rising. DG was and still is an amazing house with gorgeous girls. It's just that KD and Zeta have been setting a new standard that DG hasn't quite reached yet.

I feel DG & ZTA have slipped a little in rankings. KD is still top! DDD & Theta have improved in rankings.

Stop bashing these groups.

Zta/kd/dg are all really great houses. These are the top houses by far and how you rank them in the "top" is just personal preference.Personally
I don't think we have 1 top group because these 3 are very different but all excellent.

I love theta and DDD but they are not in this group yet.

Neither DG or ZTA are falling, it takes a lot more to fall down then handing out a couple snap bids or taking a spring class

No DG isn't falling, it's just that other houses like KD, Zeta, and tridelt have been improving. DG just hasn't caught up yet. The things they did years ago just don't work like they used to.
