Is a 3.3 a bad gpa to have going through sorority rush? Like which sororities would cut me for that gpa?

You're fine. Maybe Chi Omega, but emphasize your other quality of service + leadership.

None will cut you provided this is a FSU gap and not high school
High school gpa's are usually much higher
Many Rush with over a 4.9 because of AP classes or IB credits

well, if its your high school GPA that's a little risky. chapters like to take girls with at least a 3.5. if you're talking FSU GPA, you'll be ok.

Each sorority has a quota for upperclassmen so your chances are higher!
