SAE was a strong fraternity here until they got kicked off for hazing. Now they've got a renovated house and they're coming back to the top half, maybe even better. They're a good solid middle tier fraternity and probably getting better.

Just remember, if you're a girl partying at their house, please go take a dump next door. Their toilets can't handle it just yet.
