top tier frat

Everybody is quick to classify like 4 or 5 frats as top tier. But to be quite honest, pike and delt only fall into that category. If you disagree then you have some relationship with the other fraternities.

Yeah it's true that Pike and Delt are the top two, but Phi Delt is coming on. You can't just have 2 at the top. There has to be at least a few more. But yeah if there's only two its them.

delt has a couple chubby kids this spring and not as good of a pledge class like the past years. going down hill now
