Actually that're pretty accurate. No one can argue that Pike isn't on top. Delt is #2 by most measures. Phi Delt does a lot of selfpromoting but they have taken Sigma Chis place and maybe Phi Sigs.
ATO, Theta Chi, Phi Tau and Phi Sig are all about the same.
The ranks below that are pretty right also.

It's pretty obvious that this was written by a Delt or Phi Delt. This ranking is way off.
