what's the deal with phi sig

I don't think they were on campus last year? Where did they come from and how are they already ranked so high? They don't have a house so how did they attract enough guys to be that highly ranked? All of a sudden I'm seeing phi sig stuff everywhere. Confused

Phi Sig has been at FSU for nearly 30 years and has been a top tier fraternity most of that time, including now. Don't concern yourself with Phi Sig. We're not going anywhere.

Phi sig is dropping as bad as Clinton did on Election Day. If they don't have a house by next fall they're going to drop to middle tier and maybe worse

Phi Sig is irrelevant now and will be until they get a house or get different guys. They were the least involved chapter before but at least they raged at the house. Without a house they literally have nothing
