opinions on mid-lower tier fraternities

I'm going to be rushing in the Spring and am thinking about rushing ZBT, Fiji, or Delta Chi. I'm pre Med and take school really seriously, and don't want to deal with the time commitments of the "upper tier" frats, especially after hearing about from friends who rushed this fall and now have to switch out of Pre Med. Which of these 3 are on the rise and would be a fun brotherhood to be in? Can anyone give a little summary of the reputation of each? Thanks

Delta chi! I have known them since I was a freshman & they have improved SO GREATLY within 2 years... it's crazy. I'm a girl and have some of my favorite people to hang with there.
