should i reaffiliate with kd at fsu?

I'm a KD on the west coast right now, but I'm looking for an adventure somewhere else for my second two years of undergrad. It seems braggy to say we're "top," but we definitely are a good chapter on my current campus. While I take all greekrank comments with a grain of salt, it seems that KD is alright here. But are they kind and genuine? Or just hot? Are they involved? Most importantly: are they smart? And what are the odds of them voting in a new member? (My apologies if these aren't easily answered questions, just trying to get an idea) Thanks!
