sorority sister transferring just to be top tier

by:

So I'm a dg at a smaller, mid-west school and one of my sorority sisters (who is from florida) is transferring to florida state in the spring specifically to be a DG there. I guess she knew she would not get a bid from DG at florida state so she came here to join DG and planned on transferring the whole time. Is there a way I can let the fsu DG chapter know that she is doing this? I feel like she's cheating the system and trying to weasel her way in which isn't cool in my opinion.

Don't be a narc. Nobody likes that.
I don't know how sororities work, but if we don't want a transfer in my fraternity we just don't vote to allow him to affiliate. End of discussion.

Why do you care? Sounds like you have something against this girl. Are you feeling used or something? Why not just let whatever happens happen? It should be no skin off your nose...

The only way i can think of is if you happen to know someone in the chapter you could give them a heads up. If she's crazy they'll probably want to know that and she could just go early alumni instead of re-affiliating if they vote no on her
