wait for winterfest

Most chapters won't decide if they are taking a spring class until December and don't even fully announce it until Winterfest. Chapters might not be at quota and not take a spring class. Chapters could have a lot of graduating seniors and not take a spring class. No one honestly knows. Stop asking on greekrank if someone is taking a class and socialize with the sorority you want to join.
