most pretentious/least full of themselves

I saw a version of this question on the UVA greekrank site and I wanted to see if anyone would respond here. Which fraternities are the most pretentious and which ones are the most down to earth?
In my experience at FSU I think Theta Chi, Beta and KA are the most genuine and down to earth.
