I don't have a personal connection with this issue; I'm just curious. I know the Delts and Pikes have traditionally been the top two. But I'll tell you, I have seen the Delts lately and the Phi Delts lately and just based on looks alone, I'd say the Phi Delts are closer to Pike than Delt. Of course there's more to it than looks. The Delts have had stronger sorority relations with top tier houses. I guess I'm just more impressed with Phi Delt.

Honestly I wouldn't even put phi sig in upper tier anymore. The only thing that was keeping them relevant was the house and how they used it but now they're extremely irrelevant. Their first tailgate of the year was actually decent and I thought they'd be fine, but their last one was completely empty except for the brothers
