I know they will be back eventually, and they'll be back in their house. I heard they were top fraternity. How long will it take them to get back to the top again? Serious question.

Not sure when or if they are coming back. They were up at the top, though. The fact is, a brother killed a girl and ruined multiple lives so it could be awhile. But....Then again, ADPhi ate a guy, and they didn't get any punishment (aside from being even more low and irrelevant than they were before). Bottom line, it's hard to say.

They're not coming back for a long time and their alumni want to sell that house to ZBT

The LXA alumni have no intention of selling their house and they know the chapter can never be great again unless they have their house.
