i've heard:

1) not enough members when to the new panhell core meeting

2) they're $45,000 in debt from being fined for time violations during rush

That seems like something that a ""higher tier"" chapter would/should be aware of.
You'd think that they wouldn't do something that stupid...

False. KD actually had the best attendance for Core! They didn't go on probation for time violations. Get the facts straight before you make a fool of yourself.

1) I heard they, DG, and ZTA all had bad turnout, DG being the worse.

2) they though they had the budget to do 30 minute time slots but didn't
